e our deliveries notes below for details). Cheque's must be cleared before goods are dispatched. Please do not send cash. We cannot accept any cash payment for mail order or online purchased goods.
When ordering by email, phone or fax please do not send payment until we have confirmed that we have the item(s) you require in stock and the final price of your purchase.

We are happy to accept orders from outside of the UK:
We can deliver orders to any country in the world, the delivery cost will be worked out on an individual basis. We will not take any payment from you or dispatch your order until we have contacted you with the delivery charge for your overseas order and received your confirmation accepting this charge. Please be sure to include your email address in your address details.
We will use the cheapest and most reliable method of delivery we can work out for you, depending on weight and destination this will usually be either by courier
or through the standard post as 'international signed for' which requires a signature on delivery.

Queries & Returns
Information: Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
If you change your mind about your order: We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from Chandni Chowk. Should you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days, we will refund or exchange the item(s) provided that it is returned to us unused in its original condition including any attached labels. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (ie. earrings for pierced ears). Re-seal the packaging your order arrived in and return to us using the returns slip which is enclosed with every order. We reserve the right to discount the refund if the goods are not in the original, unused condition. Delivery charges on the original order are not refundable.
Keep proof of purchase for any items you are returning as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
