Make your choice from the website, and follow the links to put items into your shopping basket, then pay at the check-out where you will be asked for your card details.

We can accept payment from the following cards :

(NOTE Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express)

When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Order by email, phone or fax, pay by card or cheque:
You can also place your order by email, fax or over the phone. Once you have browsed our website or visited one of our branches and have made your choice please make a note of:

• The product name

• The colour and size

• The product code

of each item you wish to order. Then you can either:

If your order is in stock it will normally be sent to you within three working days (see delivery page for details). Cheques must be cleared before goods are dispatched. 

Please do not send cash. We cannot accept any cash payment for mail order or online purchased goods.

NOTE:
When ordering by email, phone or fax please do not send payment until we have confirmed that we have the item(s) you require in stock and the final price of your purchase.

Please note that all our products are hand made to varying degrees, and slight variations in size and shape are to be expected. Whilst reasonable care is taken during manufacturing some colours may vary from batch to batch.  The stability and permanence of dyes cannot be guaranteed.  Strong coloured items should be washed separately, and may require 3 or more washes to remove excess dye stuff.

The setting of your monitor is beyond our control and if accuracy of colour is important obtain original item.
